Appointments

Bookings are essential for all treatments. To fully enjoy your Ella Baché experience, please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment, to ensure there is plenty of time to relax and meet with your Therapist. Please note that all treatments over 2 hours require a 50% redeemable deposit to secure your booking.

Cancellations

We appreciate 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or postpone your treatment. The 50% deposit fee for treatment bookings over 2 hours long will forfeit if less than 24 hours notice is given, If you do not arrive for your booking without notice, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment and any gift vouchers will be voided.

Gift Cards

Give the gift of skin good enough to eat with an elegantly presented gift voucher. Prices start from as low as $30. Ask your therapist for details.

Payment

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards and EFTPOS for payments of $20 or more.
